1956 GMC Shortbed

In preparation for our booth at the Toyz R Us Art of Noize show we will be busy mocking up the truck for display

Our Contitech Airbags and Air Valves  came in from Mac's Spring Shop.
Jim decide to start prepping the hood and remaining fender for modifications	Hood cleaned and ready to finish	standard lower rust in the passenger fender. The 2" section will eliminate the majority of the cancer	Muratic Acid is your friend when stripping metal with surface rust.

Time to install the Vette Rear suspension.
		Rear end brackets in place and gussets finished. We will be using the factory brace that goes from the front of the rear end to the back of the transmission.	Temporary NASCAR series wheels for rollers
	Chris tacks the fenders to the doors	The fender needed relief cuts to curve properly with the lower section	The lower  fender was removed for sectioning
	Chris installed the front Airbags. More pictures to come of the suspension.

		Chris is cutting the overlapping hood pieces for a more flush fit.
Tack welding the sloped bedrail to the custom bedside	Attaching the step to the stretched fender and bedside.		Completed bedside installed. The Nascar wheels are rollers. Bonspeed 22''s will be replacing these when complete.
When everything is done and complete the bodylines on the cab and bed will line up.
